Here at Northern Kilns we are a relatively small family firm, of craft persons dedicated to manufacturing a range of kilns for industrialists through to hobbyists.

Utilising 33 years of manufacturing experience, our in house design team have designed a superior range of specialist kilns for ceramics, glass, enameling and specialist metal processing.

Our team of craftsmen, whose attention to detail and flexibility allows us to custom build to your individual requirements in various formats - front loading, top loading, trolley, top hat and so on.

Our range have similar initial design criteria, they must be comfortable to operate, offering maximum output with sophisticated yet easy to use temperature control.

Our personalised delivery service is second to none, nationwide, specialised and carried out by our experienced staff. We consider delivery to be putting the kiln into position, wiring in, (if the supply and isolation is available), and demonstration of the kiln controls, giving you a full and personal service. This simply means leaving the kiln ready for you to fire when we leave.

We have over the years, developed a strong alliance with other 'smaller' manufacturers and specialists, enabling us all to supply a wide range of materials, equipment and specialist advice, (on articles such as health and safety legislation), all of course supplied with the modern day rarity of the 'personal touch'.
