Methods of Payment
PayPal which is recognised as 100% PCI compliant.
We will normally send your order to you within 7 working days by Royal Mail. We will contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time.

If any product reaches you in less than perfect condition, please call us within 5 working days to arrange a replacement and return of the product.
All of our products include VAT at 20%, if you require a VAT invoice please contact us.
We make every effort to check and test our websites during production. However, we would advise you to run an anti-virus program on anything you download from the internet. We accept no liability for any loss, disruption or damage to your computer system or your data caused by using this website or arising as a result of having used the website.
Northern Kilns Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product contained on this website. In the event that such removal takes place we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.
