A powerful flux in glazes. Especially good for low temperature (900ish) and 1000 to 1100.Over 1100, the glazes will be shiny and bright.

In stoneware use, can be substituted for whiting, lowering the melting point and helping the surface.

Will make a good Earthenware transparent instead of Borax frits
